Every year the North Kitsap School District applies for Federal Impact Aid funds from the Department of Education. The funds we receive are to compensate for the loss of local tax dollars from tax-exempt federal property.

On October 2, your student will bring home a survey card for this year’s application. Please take the time to fill out the card and send it back as soon as possible.

NOTE: Families with multiple children living in the same home may fill out one card for all students (up to 7). If you receive multiple cards, go ahead and fill out one listing all students, then send it back to school with one of your students, along with the extra blank cards.

Remember!  Cards must be dated and signed. Also, they need to be completed in BLACK ink.

The amount of time you devote to the survey is significant, as it reaps great benefits for your child’s school.
